Al-Hudaydah ' s Port (Yemen)

Al-Hudaydah  ( Arabic :  الْحُدَيْدَة ,  romanized :  al-ḥudayda ), also transliterated as  Hodeda ,  Hodeida ,  Hudaida  or  Hodeidah , is the fourth-largest city in  Yemen  and its  principal port  on the  Red Sea . As of 2004, its population was 402,560 [2]  and it is the centre of the  Al Hudaydah Governorate . History [ edit source ] In the Islamic chronicles, the name Al-Hudaydah was first mentioned in the year 1454/55 and the city became a popular and important one in the 1520s when the Ottomans took over Yemeni  Tihāmah . [3] In 1830s, Al Hudaydah was controlled by  Ibrahim Pasha 's troops, which turned over its administration to  sherif  Husayn ibn Ali Haydar. [4]  In 1849, it became part of the  Yemen Eyalet . The  Malay  writer  Abdullah bin Abdul Kadir  visited Al Hudaydah on his pilgrimage to  Mecca  in 1854, and describes the city in his account of the journey, mentioning that the custom of chewing  khat  was prevalent in the city at this time. Mukha' s Port (Taiz _ Yemen)

  is a port city on the Red Sea coast of Yemen  Until Aden and Alhudaydah eclipsed it in the 19th century, Mokha was the principal port for Yemen's capital, Sana'a. Long known for its coffee trade, the city gave its name to Mocha Coffee and chocolate. Country: Yemen Overview : Mocha was the major marketplace for coffee (Coffea   arabica) from the 15th century until the early 18th century. Even after other sources of coffee were found, Mokha Beans  (also called Sanani or Mocha Sanani beans, meaning from Sana'a continued to be prized for their distinctive flavor—and remain so even today.The coffee itself did not grow in Mocha, but was transported from Ethiopia and inland Yemen to the port in Mocha, where it was then shipped abroad. Aden Port( Yemen)

  The Port of Aden is a key Yemeni port, in Aden on the Gulf of Aden. It is the largest and one of the most important ports in Yemen. Location:The Port of Aden is situated approximately 170 km east of the strait of Bab Almandab, which connects the Gulf of Aden to the Red Sea.The port is one of the largest natural harbors in the world.Serving as an important oil storage and refueling station for tankers, the port was the second busiest harbor in the world after New York in the 1950s.

 تمتلك اليمن مساحة واسعة من السواحل والتي تطل على البحر الاحمر وباب المندب ، وتعتبر السواحل اليمنية من اهم الوجهات التجارية والسياحة على مستوى الوطن العربي فهي تشكل ممر رئيسي للسفن التجارية ، كما تعتبر المياة الاقليمية اليمنية غنية بالثروة السمكية والتي تعد اهم موارد اليمن حيث يتم تصدير تشكيلة متنوعه من الاسماك الي دول اوربا  وامريكا، بالاضافة  تعد السواحل اليمنية متغيرة  المناخ من ساحل الي اخر ، وهذا بدورة يعد مورد سياحي لليمن.
